Mathieu Van de Cappelle is a chemical engineer and has a master in chemistry and chemical engineering.

He is currently working as business developer for surface treatment products at Henkel (brand Bonderite) where he has been working for the past 14 years in various departements such as product development, technical customer service and sale.

During his career, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge in metal pretreatment especially in aluminum.
Mathieu is taking part of the ADAL and Qualicoat meetings.

Mathieu is promoting the innovation of the surface treatment products at Henkel with a focus of sustainable products to reduce the carbon footprint and the water consumption of the pretreatment lines.
