Francesca Cavezza joined European Aluminium in September 2021 as Innovation Project Manager and also works for ESTAL for which she is leading the Recycled Aluminium Working Group. Before that, she worked as a development chemist in a chemical company supplying the automotive sector. She holds a Ph.D. from the Electrochemical and Surface Engineering group (SURF-VUB, Belgium) and an M.Sc. in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical Danish University (Denmark).
